OUR TEAM
People are our greatest value. Currently about 500 people are working in the company, 70% of whom are involved in the production units. Our team consists of professionals of various educational background and level – metallurgical, engineering, financial, logistics, commercial, etc.

- Continuous development of our people by applying various training programs which include a wide range of technological, managerial and health and safety topics, covering all hierarchical positions in our company
- Safety of our people is our top priority; for this reason, we apply the most modern Personal Protective Equipment, together with extensive and specialized training programs in order to ensure that they are safe and being protected
- We take care of the social wellbeing of our people by providing various social benefits and events: company gym, Open Doors Days, summer camp for children, financial aid for important personal occasions such as marriage and birth of child, vouchers for food etc.
