KOZM S.A., a plant for the processing of non-ferrous metals
was established as a private company.

1947
The plant comes under government ownership.

Late 60s - 1974
Full modernization is done.

2000
HALCOR S.A. – Greece purchased the plant and established
a new subsidiary under the name of SOFIA MED S.A.

2000 - TODAY
SOFIA MED S.A. is going through an extended investment
program. New projects are currently ongoing.
