Titan Zinc sheets and strips are manufactured from high purity zinc (category Z1 with 99.995% zinc content, according to EN 1179), with small additions of titanium and copper, so that the resulting alloy will have concentrations in the range: titanium 0.06-0.20%, copper 0.08-1.00%, the rest being zinc. This alloy is subsequently processed to sheets and strips, with closely monitored production processes, so that the end products are in full compliance to the requirements of EN 988 standard.


In TITAN GREY produced by Sofia Med, the appearance of the exposed surface has a uniform and stable coloring with life expectancy well beyond that experienced with bare metal surface. A plastic surface film can be applied to protect the surface from accidental damages until the time of application. This material is removed after the installation.

Titanium Zinc products are not affected by environmental factors and stay unaltered with time. Besides, it is fully recyclable, without any environmental effect.
